We operate a hotline for anyone in the local area to self-refer to our service. We also offer an opt-in well-being support. Please call 0208 706 0970 if you or anyone you know is in need of food support.
Our emergency food provision work was born in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown in April 2020. Within three weeks of setting up, our emergency food provision and hotline service were operational and have been running ever since, to ensure that no-one is left behind.
From 27th April 2020 - January 2021, we have prepared and distributed 23,000 meals and 4,000 grocery packages to 800 community members in the local area, people who are vulnerable, shielding and/or struggling to meet their food needs due to systemic inequalities and issues.
Our emergency food provision work is community led, volunteer and donations powered. A number of our working groups work in support of this, namely our strategy team, operations support and volunteer support.
We stand in solidarity with all members of our community. It is our priority to provide food and support to those who are most at-risk and isolated throughout the COVID-19 crisis and beyond.
